The JayTunes Jam

You may have already guessed it, but I’m not really much of a hip-hop afficionado.  However, there was a time when rap music was upbeat and fun where nerdy white guys like me didn’t feel too embarrassed about ‘cranking’ our boom boxes.  One of the groups that brough rap to the our world was Run DMC.  In honor of their recent selection to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame (along with Metallica), I put together a list of my Top 10 80′s and 90′s Rap Songs.  It was hard to slim down the list (and cut the Fat Boys, Heavy D, and Biz Markie), but there was no way I could elimate Will Smith, Salt n’ Pepa, or the other classic artists from the list.  Check it out and let me know what you think!
